Samaras Express Unanderra Lebanese Kitchen

Absolutely loved this place! The garlic dip was a standout, so creamy and full of flavour and loves their Dubai chicken wrap. The express menu is a fantastic option if you want something quick without compromising on taste. Everything we tried was fresh and delicious, and the service was friendly and efficient.

We had an amazing experience at Samaras Express Unanderra. The Halloumi Chips with pomegranate molasses and lemon were perfectly crispy and flavorful. The Falafel with hummus was crunchy, fresh, and delicious. For mains, the Beirut Platter and Lebanese Mixed Platter were outstanding. The Beirut Platter had lamb and beef shawarma, Beirut chicken, rice, Lebanese salad, garlic sauce, and bread – every bite was packed with authentic flavor. The Mixed Platter featured lamb, chicken, and kafta shish kebab with hummus, garlic sauce, baba ghanoush, and tabouli – a perfect mix of textures and tastes. The Lamb & Beef Shawarma with onion in crispy Lebanese bread was juicy and well-seasoned. The side salads, Fattoush and Tabouli, were fresh and vibrant, rounding out the meal beautifully. The staff were friendly, service was quick, and everything is halal-friendly with no cross-contamination concerns. Highly recommend for anyone craving authentic Lebanese food in Unanderra!

Far out!!! We didn’t expect this express Samaras to be as welcoming and family friendly. We dined here, sat down and ordered the platter to share for 3 people. It’s not table service but it was very convenient to order straight away. We also had 2 kids who are chicken nuggets fans. We thought- how about the kids try some authentic delicious food and they went nuts. Loved every bite. I highly recommend and will definitely be coming back for a favourite take away. What a little Jem!

The food here is absolutely delicious, and the staff are incredibly friendly and attentive. It was such a pleasant dining experience, we really enjoyed every moment. Will definitely come back again next time we visit Wollongong!

We came here for dinner, we had the meat lovers for 2, we also ordered a side of hummus! The food was amazing. Iv eaten at samaras in Wollongong I have to say this restaurant is so much fresher and the meals are all moist and full of flavor. PS KIDS EAT FREE WITH ANY platter on Sunday!!! The staff member I think his name is Ak, is very friendly and welcoming. Was a great experience. The little spring roll was my highlight the. The Kafta shish kebabs then chicken kebab then the lamb! However all the food is. Just amazing if you haven’t been here I highly recommend it!
